"Cute clothes, if you’re not in a hurry"
I ordered a few things for a trip and even paid extra for faster delivery, which apparently was more of a suggestion than a promise. It showed up late and I barely got any updates along the way. The clothes themselves are actually nice, so at least they got that part right, but I definitely wouldn’t count on their delivery timing for anything important...

The site itself looks nice, and I’ll give them credit for the clear photos. But i found myself getting a bit frustrated while using it. Some pages were slow to load, and the size filters felt clunky, maybe I’m picky, but it shouldn’t take that much effort to narrow things down. Checkout worked in the end, but I expected it to be quicker. It’s not a bad site, I just think they need to make the whole shopping process smoother.

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered something from Orlebar Brown, but it didn’t fit right, so I sent it back. The return got delivered, and then it was just silence for ages.
I had to contact customer service more than once, and every time it was basically the same vague reply. No real update, no one properly helping, just me sitting there waiting.
Getting a refund really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. It’s put me off ordering from them again, to be honest

"Shipping and fees were a frustrating surprise"
I ordered from outside the UK and had a bad experience. I already paid for shipping, then got hit with really high duties afterward, which I wasn’t expecting at all. The delivery also took longer than it was supposed to. None of this was made clear at checkout, so the final cost ended up being much higher than I thought. I feel like the least they could do is acknowledge it and apologize, because it was a lot of hassle. I won’t be ordering again.

I expected the return process to be a bit of a hassle, but it was really straightforward. The refund came through quickly, and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops. Happy with how smooth it all went

I went in hoping to try on a few pairs of swim shorts, the staff barely looked up and seemed annoyed when I asked about sizes. I ended up leaving without buying anything. For the prices they charge, the in-store service was really disappointing.

"Pretty comfy, but I’m not totally sold"
The fabric feels decent and it’s comfortable enough to wear, so I’ll give it that. I’m just not sure I’d call it amazing, after a while it does get a bit warm, which makes me question how much I’ll actually reach for it...

I checked the size guide before ordering the shorts and thought, yeah right, this probably won’t be accurate. Then they showed up, I tried them on, and okay wow, perfect fit. No return, no hassle, happy with it

"Good quality, no fuss"
I bought the swim shorts and a polo, and they’re both really nicely made. The fabric feels thick but still comfortable, and the stitching seems solid. They’re definitely not the cheapest, but the quality is there. At this point I’m tired of dealing with brands where you have to chase service or sort out issues, so it was nice to just get something that felt worth the money.

"Helpful service, but still a bit disappointing"
I had a problem with my order and, to be fair, customer service got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was polite and tried to help, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I expected to actually get everything sorted, so I was a little disappointed overall

"Nice designs, but it all feels a little too similar"
I do think some of the pieces look really nice, but overall the style felt kind of plain for what they’re charging. A lot of it started to look the same after a while. I also tried reaching out with a question and it felt like nobody even read my message, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating.

"Always seem to miss my size"
They do have really nice stuff, but it feels like every time I find something I like, the size or color I want is already sold out. Like... I get that popular things go fast, but it’s kind of frustrating. New items disappear so quickly, and then restocks just seem random, if they happen at all. I don’t know, I still check because I like the styles, but it gets annoying.

I ordered a pair of shorts and was disappointed when they showed up. The bag looked cheap and was kind of crushed, like no one really bothered to pack it with any care. For what I paid, I feel like they could’ve done a lot better. It didn’t leave the best impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I liked the quality and everything felt nice, but the price was a little too high for me. I kind of suspect you’re paying extra for the brand or packaging, though I can’t say for sure. Overall nice stuff, just not something I’d buy often.

I ordered these swim shorts because the photos showed a really nice blue, but when they showed up, they were much darker and kind of dull. It didn’t look close to what was pictured. I tried reaching out and just felt like I was getting passed around instead of getting a clear answer, which made it even more frustrating. For the price, I expected the color to actually match the listing.

"Personalisation was a bit disappointing"
I ordered the shorts with my initials added and they ended up taking longer than I expected. The shorts themselves are nice, but the stitching on the personalisation was just okay and not as neat as I’d hoped for the price. I contacted customer service and did get a reply, but it was slow, and I kept getting transferred around instead of getting a clear answer. Overall I like the shorts, but I probably wouldn’t bother with the personalisation again.

"Nice quality, but maybe wait for a sale"
I was happy with the quality overall, and it feels like a solid purchase. That said, I’m not sure the regular price is totally justified, it kind of seems like they know people will pay more than they should. On sale, though, I’d say it’s worth it.

"The fit was all over the place"
I ordered these shorts in my usual size thinking it would be an easy win, but the fit was just odd from the start. The waist felt too tight, while the legs were somehow really baggy, which made them look and feel awkward. I even tried a different size, hoping that would fix it, but it still didn’t fit right. For the price, I expected the sizing to be a lot more dialed in. Frustrating overall
